Eastern European Media Holdings S.A. (liquidated) was a Luxembourg incorporated and resident company (RCS Luxembourg Section B No. 159867), which acquired Content Ventures Limited (formerly Apace Media plc) by a Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the High Court on 13 May 2011.

The company appointed Martin Johnston as liquidator on 14 November 2019 and the company was liquidated on 17 July 2020.
